My Garmin Feed

well obvious from the latest bike posts, i’ve been really into biking recently (again) and been riding alot. here is my garmin gps data which is also now listed under ‘links’. It contains data like elevation gain, speed, cadence, and heart rate via my garmin edge 500. I’ve been honestly just trying to stay alittle more ‘fit’ and so far have lost about 18 pounds since mid may, from riding alone. Although weight loss is moreso a product of my desire to ride, it’s a good feeling slimming down somewhat. for those that care to follow, the link is below!
